Key Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in catering or high-volume kitchen settings is essential
- Availability: Must be available for full-time work, Monday to Friday
- Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in Ireland
- Garda Vetting: Successful completion of the Garda Vetting Process
- Professional References: Two references covering the last five years of employment
- Communication Skills: Strong spoken English skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Meal Service: Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring dietary requirements and restrictions are met
- Kitchen Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Food Management: Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food to avoid spoilage and maintain quality
- Waste Disposal: Follow established procedures for waste and recycling management
- General Duties: Carry out additional tasks within the kitchen and dining area to support smooth service delivery to patients and staff
