It’s an ethos inspired by our CEO, who as a passionate pet owner, has created an open and honest culture. And this means we listen to our customers and each other and respond by making continuous improvements to our products and processes.

Everything we do is aimed at strengthening that unique and special relationship we know exists between an owner and their pet. Every product carrying our brand name is based on our understanding of the mutual love between pets and people.

Our Brands

Our parent company, Radio Systems Corporation, owns many of the most recognisable pet brands in the world. As well as PetSafe® this includes SportDOG® (the leader in training equipment for hunting dogs) and bestselling brands Drinkwell® (Pet Fountains), Busy Buddy® (treat dispensing toys), Easy Walk™ (Harnesses & Headcollars) FroliCat® (interactive cat toys) and ScoopFree® (self-cleaning litter trays). But of course it’s not all about product development. We like to give back to the pet community through our sponsorship and philanthropic ventures.

RSC has offices in various cities across the US and across the world. At our European Headquarters in Dundalk, Ireland, you will find an open office environment, a great culture and awesome people. And it’s not just us who believe that – we ranked number one in the Great Place To Work® survey in Ireland (2018) and achieved third place in Europe for small workplaces.

Our European office opened in Ireland in 2012 and employs teammates in departments such as Customer Care, Marketing, Order Management, Supply Chain, IT, Finance and HR. Teammates come from many different countries, making this office a very diverse and interesting workplace.

Throughout our campuses, we maintain the same corporate culture based on our company values, known as THE WILL. Our employees are always involved in giving back to the community, whether it’s fundraising for local charity Dundalk Dog Rescue, collaborating with RehabCare to employ people with intellectual disabilities, or volunteering for pet charities.

We’re pet owners just like you, so we care about the products we make. Our own pets are the best product testers - they love when we bring them home the latest toys, treats and fountains.
