We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts Team
- Validating supplier’s Invoice / matching prices, quantities with delivery dockets
- Dealing with telephone queries
- Processing Invoices
- Assisting other office staff
- All general office duties
- Leaving Certificate & results minimum standard.
- 1 years’ experience+ desirable, please give details
- Knowledge Microsoft Office, especially excel and word.
- Knowledge of Intact Accounts package desirable but not essential as training will be given
- Proactive in their approach to work, become a reliable part of the company.
- Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of the team.
Job Type: Full time, Permanent 8.30-5.00 Mon to Thurs, 8.30-4.30 Friday
