Assistant Director of Nursing Job for an elderly care facility in Kildare. As the Assistant Director of Nursing you will be responsible for the facility and will report to the Director of Nursing. You will assist in managing and seeking to enhance the services and quality care which is provided to all the nursing home residents. You will provide your team of staff with leadership and management in order to ensure the vision and values of the nursing home are upheld to the highest standards. If you are a ADON or CNM with nursing home experience then this may be the job for you!

Requirements:
- NMBI registered
- At least 3 years' experience of nursing older persons within the previous 6 years
- 3 years' experience in a management capacity in the health and social care area
- Ability to communicate with your staff, residents and family members along with knowledge of external bodies (HIQA, HSE, GP's)
- Post registration qualification in dementia care and gerontology would be an advantage
