Overview of the position

Servisource is a leading international supplier of high quality and innovative healthcare staffing solutions.
As part of this the Assisted Admissions Team provides a specialised patient transport service on behalf of the HSE in accordance with the Mental Health Act, 2001 and are currently seeking a Case Administrator to join the Team.

Duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for high level administration of the Department.
• Work closely for the HSE, and various external organisations related to the area of work.
• Carry out all reporting requirements in a timely manner as requested by the HSE and Approved Centres.
• Act as one of the main point of contact and provide administrative support to the Allied Admissions Team as required.
• Responsibility for monthly invoicing to the HSE, Approved Centre’s and all Contractors.
• Monitor and ensure all Contractors are fully compliant to company standards and all mandatory requirements are met.
• Daily management of the client databases and client’s confidential medical records.
• Responsible for the upload of all sensitive medical records to our bespoke quality management system on a daily basis.
• Assist in the Management of Allied Admissions Vehicles.
• Coordinate all external and internal meetings as requested.
• Work effectively with all team members.
• Responsible for the uploading of documents onto a customised HR systems.
• Update all Department policies and procedures as required on a continual basis.

Essential Requirements

• Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
• Candidates are required to have excellent interpersonal skills in addition to the ability to work independently and on their own initiative.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3years’ experience in office administration.
• High level proficiency in word and excel is an essential requirement to the role.
• Full driving licence required as occasional travel maybe necessary
• Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
• Due to the sensitive nature of the business, candidates are required to demonstrate a high level of confidentially within the Department.
