3Q Recruitment is recruiting a Catering Assistant to work in a busy healthcare facility in Dublin 1, supporting patient care through food preparation, delivery and service.

This is a hands-on role within a hospital environment, offering daytime hours, stability and ongoing support.

Working Details

• Location: Dublin 1

• Pay: €17.53 per hour

• Shifts: Daytime only

Working Hours

• Flexible roster: 5 days over 7

• 8:30am – 5:30pm shifts

• Ward-based work and meal delivery included

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals and drinks

• Deliver meals to wards and assist patients during mealtimes

• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness

• Stock and rotate ward pantry supplies

• Follow HACCP, food safety and infection control procedures

• Work closely with catering and ward teams

Requirements

• 6–12 months’ experience as a Catering Assistant, Kitchen Porter or similar

• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP

• Garda Vetting and right to work in Ireland

• Ability to provide 5 years of work references

• Reliable, flexible and team-oriented

Pay & Benefits

• Double pay on Sundays and Bank Holidays
