Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals and drinks to patients and staff.
• Deliver meals to wards and assist patients during mealtimes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchens, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow HACCP food safety and infection control procedures.
• Stock ward pantries and rotate food supplies correctly.
• Work closely with catering and ward teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• 6–12 months’ catering or kitchen experience (healthcare experience an advantage).
• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
• Legal right to work in Ireland & Garda Vetting clearance.
• Ability to provide 5 years of work references.
• Team player with flexibility and strong communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

• €17.53/hour, with Double Pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays.
