Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily catering operations, ensuring high-quality service.
• Manage a catering team, fostering performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
• Create and develop menus, accommodating dietary requirements.
• Oversee catering stock, inventory, and overall cost control.

Skills & Qualifications

• Catering and Hospitality Management Certificate (Level 7) is desirable.
• Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or leadership role in healthcare or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene best practices.
• Successfully completed Garda Vetting process.
• Authorisation to work in Ireland.
• 2 professional references covering the past 5 years.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
