Catering Support Staff – Dublin 7

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals and beverages, following dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Deliver meals to patients and provide support during mealtimes.
• Adhere to HACCP and infection control protocols.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen and ward operations.

Requirements:

• 6–12 months’ experience in a healthcare facility or high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Legal Right to Work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance.
• Ability to provide 5 years of work references.
• Adaptability, strong teamwork, and clear communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• €17.35/hour, with Double Pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays.
• Monday to Friday daytime hours (7:00 am – 6:30 pm).
