Chef job Available in a Hospital in Dublin 1 - €17.31 per hour – 20 hours per week

Three Q are hiring a Chef to join our team of temp chefs to work in Hospital based in Dublin 1. This is a 20 hour per week contract with slightly flexible hours. The hours for this Chef job are 9 am – 1 pm Monday – Friday. Our client is flexible with their hours and the shifts can also be worked 9:30am – 1:30pm, or 10am – 2pm. This job would be prefect for a parent with young children who need to complete school runs.

Requirements to join the Three Q Team:

• 1 year of experience as a Chef in a busy environment
• A 2-year QQI level 6 in Culinary Arts (or a relevant certification)
• 5 years of employment references
• Undertake the Garda Vetting process
• Strong verbal and written English
• Flexible availability
• You must hold a valid work permit/visa if required.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up cooking utensils, equipment and kitchen areas
• Preparing, cooking, and plating raw and cooked meals in a timely manner
• Monitor and rotate food stock
• Ensure the kitchen stays clean and tidy
• Ensure all HACCP guidelines are followed
• Assisting the head chef with any other duties as they arise
• Menu planning
