Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your extensive culinary expertise to prepare and cook meals, following specific dietary needs and nutritional requirements. Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards, adhering to HACCP guidelines for a smooth kitchen operation. Complete the required garda vetting process and provide five years of employment references. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, thriving under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts.
