Requirements:

• • Proven experience in catering or high-volume kitchen environments
  • QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification
  • Full-time, flexible availability
  • Successful completion of Garda Vetting Process
  • Authorization to work in Ireland
  • Two professional references covering five years of employment history
  • Proficient in spoken English

Responsibilities:

• • Lead a team of culinary experts to create and innovate menus and recipes that exceed quality standards
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to meet budget goals
  • Mentor and develop kitchen staff to enhance skills and promote a positive work culture
  • Source high-quality ingredients through collaboration with suppliers
  • Continuously evaluate and update menu offerings based on customer feedback and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations, including sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols
