Join our team as a Cleaner in Dublin 2, where you'll play a key role in upholding the highest standards of hygiene and comfort in a residential hub. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a pleasant environment for both current and incoming residents. This is a full-time role that requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Cleaner, your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning corridors and communal areas to ensure spaces are consistently tidy, safe, and welcoming.
• Preparing rooms for new residents by thoroughly cleaning and organising spaces after previous residents have departed.
• Sanitising and maintaining cleanliness of high-touch surfaces in line with health and safety standards.
• Ensuring waste disposal is handled efficiently and according to established protocols.
• Monitoring stock levels of cleaning supplies and notifying the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Adhering to cleaning schedules while responding to urgent cleaning requests as required.
• Collaborating closely with team members to maintain a well-organised and safe residential hub.

  
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work. Successful candidates will possess the following skills and qualities:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in professional cleaning or a similar role (experience in residential or hospitality settings is an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene at all times.
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Legal eligibility to work in Ireland and successful completion of Garda Vetting.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
