Description

Recruit Island are currently seeking a Clerical Officer Grade III on behalf of their Public Sector Client who is based in Dundalk, Co. Louth. This will be a temporary contract running for 2-3 months. 

 

Contract: Temporary (2-3 Months)

Weekly hours: 37 (Monday to Friday) 

Hourly Rate: €12.49

Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth

 

Job Responsibilities: 

Experience in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Excellent administration and organisation skills and the ability to multi task.
  • Providing administration support to the immunisation team. 
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • Prior experience dealing with confidential information.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team.
