Description

Servisource Recruitment are IMMEDIATELY seeking a Clerical Officer Grade IV for their client who is based within the Public Sector in Galway city

Contracts: long term 

Location: Galway City

Days/Hours: 37 hours weekly

Rate of pay: €13.00 per hour (new entrants to public sector, may increase with VOS)

Job Role

  • Administration/Clerical duties.
  • Data Entry into systems.
  • Dealing with general phone calls, email queries and relaying messages to relevant individuals.
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Data Base Management
  • Work well as part of a busy, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft office Suite
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Essential Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Up to date skills on computer packages e.g. Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and on their own initiative.
  • Good communication skills are essential.
  • Dictaphone experience is essential 
  • clinis bookings experience
