Requirements:
- NMBI registration
- Experience in Elder care
- Management experience desirable
Responsibilities:
- Support the Person In Charge / Unit manager in the clinical and professional leadership of the care team and to deliver direct resident care.
- Plan, assess and deliver resident care that maximises the resident’s capacity to exercise personal autonomy and choice, together with all members of the Multidisciplinary Care Team
- Ensure that the provision of a high standard of care to the resident and families in Name of Unit is consistent with the mission, vision, values and strategic plan of the Nursing Home
