Customer Service Advisor

ID Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor with a reputable car dealership located in Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo.  

The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for customers offering support and guidance with their requirements and maintaining top class customer service at all times. The role is suitable for candidates with experience in customer service roles and who enjoy working in a fast paced and busy environment.

Duties and responsibilities include;

• Handling and accurate scheduling of appointments according to customers’ needs
• Liaising with customers and agreeing costs
• Finalising and explaining of invoices to customers
• Ability to promote our service range & promotions
• Understanding and implementation of manufacturer’s warranty policies & procedures & administration of warranty claims
• Quality control of vehicles prior to delivery to customer
• Control and implementation of necessary manufacturer’s standards and procedures
• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers

Skills and experience;

• Have excellent communication skills and be organised at all times
• The candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be professional
• Must be motivated and driven to perform to the best of their ability
• Must be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills are required
• Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage
