Experienced Permanent Recruiter – Dublin
OTE circa €50,000 | Clear Desk Ownership | Progression Path
3Q Recruitment is hiring an Experienced Permanent Recruiter to join our Dublin team. This role suits a recruiter with 2+ years’ agency experience who wants a stable platform, clear expectations, and room to grow their desk properly.
Sector specialism is not essential. What matters is strong recruitment fundamentals, commercial awareness, and a professional, people-first approach.
Location: Dublin (office-based)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
OTE: Circa €50,000 (base + commission)
The Role
- Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment assignments
- Build and develop client and candidate relationships
- Own and grow your desk with support and structure
- Work to clear targets and realistic expectations
- Deliver recruitment with integrity, consistency and care
