Experienced Production Operatives – Sligo

Are you looking to start your career in Manufacturing and would like a 4 day work week?

JWR Employment specialists are now recruiting Production Packing Operatives for a busy manufacturing company in Sligo Town.

Please note this is a 24/7 Manufacturing facility. Applicants need to be flexible to work shifts including weekends. 

Weekend Shifts:

• Weekend Day Shift: 08:00 – 20:00 (Saturday & Sunday)
• Weekend Night Shift: 20:00 – 08:00 (Saturday & Sunday)

Monday - Friday shifts:

• Evening Shift 4pm – 12pm – Monday to Friday @ €12.81 per hour.
• Night Shift 12am – 8am – Monday to Friday @ €13.97 per hour.

These roles will include weekend and week day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unloading products from machines to be weighed, packed and labeled.
• Ensure all molding machines and ancillary equipment are working to maximum output and quality levels.
• Keep all planned machines running at optimum output.
• Keeping work station clear and tidy.

Personal Skills Required:

• Able to take responsibility and work on own initiative
• Detailed Orientated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to train and develop a teamwork culture.
• An innovative approach to problem solving
• A quality focused approach to production

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Production/Manufacturing experience desired but not essential.
• Mechanically minded
• High level of computer skills
