Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in commercial recruitment, ideally in healthcare and nursing.
- Proven track record in achieving recruitment targets and delivering client satisfaction.
- Strong business development and candidate engagement skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing and recruitment systems.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
