Experienced Sales Executive

ID Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Sales Executive with a reputable car dealership located in Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo.

Duties and responsibilities include;

• Welcome customers to the dealership, assess their needs, and provide expert guidance on vehicle options
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and used cars
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the features, benefits, and pricing of all vehicles in our inventory
• Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring a positive and informative experience
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales effectively
• Handle all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales, including finance and insurance documentation
• Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Skills and experience;

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales effectively
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and vehicle features
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturdays 9am – 3pm (Saturday’s worked on a rota basis)
