Would you like to work in the education sector?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate people to join our dynamic team to support a student on campus in a one to one role. In this role, you will have the incredible opportunity to provide personalized support empowering the student to achieve their academic goals.
- Provide one-on-one support to the student with a disability, assisting with academic tasks, navigating campus life, and promoting independence.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes the student's social integration and emotional well-being.
We need you to be:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with the student.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the student and campus environment.
- Level 7/8 degree in any field and / or Level 5 / 6 in Healthcare or Nursing Studies.
These roles are typically 25-30 hours per week, following the students timetable.
Looking for less hours? Our note taking role might be a better fit for you... After discussing with you, we agree a weekly schedule, you then attended lectures, take notes, and email the notes to the student. We need you to have completed your own degree ( in any field) for this role.
