Due to recent growth, Servisource (part of the CPL Group) now wishes to appoint a Junior/Graduate Project Coordinator based in Dublin to join the Managed Solutions team.
The successful person will be required to work in a team environment and be involved in supporting the Business Development Manager and wider team in the ongoing coordination of projects.
Job Responsibilities: (These duties will include but are not restricted to the below)
Supporting the Business Development Manager and the wider team in the ongoing coordination of projects.
Communicating effectively with clients to ensure the smooth running of operations while dealing with any issues that may arise in a proactive and timely manner.
Meeting service objectives and key performance indicators as set out.
Maintaining the highest standards of record keeping.
Ensuring that internal systems are being used to full capacity.
Ensuring service delivery is always kept to a high standard.
Compliance with all service and departmental policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines.
Undertaking any other reasonable duty, which is appropriate to the role, when requested to do so.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and listening skills.
Strong planning, organisation and multi-tasking skills.
High level of attention to detail and ability to manage time and prioritise effectively, in order to work towards targets and deadlines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong administration and documentation management skills.
High level of motivation and pride in what one does is key to success in this role.
Travelling throughout Dublin is a large part of the role; applicants must have a full drivers license and access to their own vehicle.
