Group Catering Manager

About Us:
Three Q Perms and Temps is seeking a dynamic and committed Group Catering Manager to join our client's team. Our client is a well-established catering company serving businesses across Ireland, dedicated to providing innovative and exciting food experiences.
Role Overview:
As the Group Catering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple locations including Kildare, Bray, and Wicklow, with your base located in Finglas. Your primary responsibilities will involve driving operational excellence, setting and surpassing targets, and providing inspirational leadership to the team.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering the salary range of €45,000 - €50,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure rigorous adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the group.
- Elevate food standards and innovation throughout the group, aligning with standard operating procedures.
- Proactively identify challenges within sites and collaborate with operations to enhance food offerings and operational performance.
- Support and develop chef managers to ensure efficient site management.
- Swiftly address operational issues and challenges as they arise.
- Foster a collaborative approach with marketing and chefs to develop innovative solutions aligned with the company’s marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with Senior Operations Teams to drive innovation in specific projects.
- Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding evolving requirements and proactively addressing client needs.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to the management team.
- Champion teamwork to enhance customer and resident experiences.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance decision-making, product and service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3rd Level Qualification in Catering Management or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in Healthcare Catering.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in motivating and instructing teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Track record of results-oriented business management.
- Sound financial understanding.
- Familiarity with Special Diets, IDDSI, and allergen awareness.
- Possession of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Certificates.
- Strong IT proficiency.
- Previous experience in operations, human resources, and health and safety management.
- Full Driving License and personal transport.
