Full-time Chef needed for Nursing Home in Dublin 24

€17.31 per hour & Double pay on Sunday/ Bank Holiday Monday

Shift times will run between 7 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover required – would suit someone looking for NO more late nights!

Your responsibilities as a Chef will include –

• Preparing, cooking, and plating raw and cooked meals in a timely manner, Monitoring and rotating food stock, Assisting the head chef with any other duties as they arise, Ensuring the kitchen stays clean and tidy and that HACCP guidelines are followed

Requirements to work as a Chef with Three Q Temps –

• QQI level 6 2-year course in Culinary Arts/ Professional Cookery (or equivalent such as City & Guilds 706 1/2)
• Willing to Under-go Guard Vetting
• Able to provide references that cover a 5-year period
• Needed work permit/ visa to work in Ireland
• Fluent in English
