Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Servisource, is a leading provider of high quality and innovative recruitment, care, and support services, with over 20 years’ experience across a number of sector specialities. We provide a strong service offering to our clients, such as the HSE and NHS, in terms of quality standards including JCI, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and in the UK a strong CQC rating of Good.

With ambitious strategic growth plans to further grow within the UK and expand into the US market, we are seeking to recruit a Manager to join our Centralised Recruitment Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Manager will be accountable for leading the Centralised Recruitment Team to deliver best in class temporary talent and recruitment services for our clients within the public and private sectors in Homecare across Ireland and the UK.

Duties of the role will include but not limited to;

 

People Management

  • Accountable for leading, coaching and developing the Team Leads empowering them to manage, motivate and engage team members.
  • Ensuring both Team Leads and team members are fully proficient in the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure best practice and excellence in delivery of recruitment.
  • Monitoring workload, progress, and deliverables, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Setting weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs for the Team Leads and team to ensure delivery and quality metrics are met.
  • Ensuring recruitment campaigns are prioritised based on financial gains and potential for the company.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Manager and Team Leads to nurture a problem-solving, empathetic, and creative mindset crucial for homecare recruitment within the team through recognition.
  • Ensuring all candidates hired are compliant with qualifications and experience to work in the homecare industry

 

Strategic Management

  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders and other organisational leaders in relation to priority recruitment areas and requirements, all the time maintaining a companywide approach.
  • Driver of Lean strategies to improve and optimise recruitment processes and performance
  • Constantly reviewing more efficient ways of working, increasing process automation, and keeping abreast of relevant Artificial Intelligence developments which may assist.
  • Awareness of ICT systems to facilitate the implementation of efficient business models and the presentation of a comprehensive suite of KPI’s.
  • Completing regular market analysis and assess opportunities and threats.
  • Maintaining a sustainable plan that encompasses resources, processes and recruitment strategies to ensure targets are hit consistently.

 

Reporting and Financial

  • Providing weekly management reports on progress of all recruitment activities.
  • Participating in management meetings to drive efficiencies and improvements across the team.
  • Reviewing current and designing new recruiting policies and procedures as required.
  • Collaborating with the senior manager and area managers to analyse costs on a regular basis to ensure they remain in line with targets.
  • Working closely with the Senior Manager in MyHomecare on driving strategic objectives.
  • Constantly striving to meet KPI’s and targets as set out.

 

Collaboration and Exposure

  • Carving a professional profile in the sectors within your remit, with the use of social media and other methods to attract and secure new relationships.
  • Keeping abreast of recruitment market developments by attending all relevant functions and events.
  • Responsible for shaping a positive culture where mutual respect and Servisource’s Core Values are promoted.
  • Developing close relationships with other leaders in the organisation to drive cross-functional collaboration in terms of developing composite business initiatives.
  • Influencing functions within the organisation to prioritise high value and/or potential work.
  • Liaising with Shared Services, such as Marketing and HR, to ensure their strategies support Care & Support.
  • Continuous development of self and others, committed to personal development and supporting and encouraging others to develop their knowledge skills and behaviours to enable them to reach their full potential.

 

Requirements 

 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in a management or leadership role which involved managing and empowering a large high-performance team to deliver and meet client needs.
  • Homecare Industry experience desirable
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders in a respectful and highly professional manner.
  • Evidence of leading and delivering business results, holding oneself and others accountable to a high standard of performance and delivery through focusing on key priorities to deliver results.
  • Commercial awareness, and client and candidate centric to deliver quality service and strive to exceed expectations every time.
  • Collaborative approach to driving success by working effectively with others encouraging and expecting collaborative efforts, information sharing and participation.
  • Problem solving and creative thinking to develop new, more effective, and better ways of doing things.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI’s 
  • Travelling is a part of the role; applicants must have access to a car and have a full clean driving license. The potential candidate can be based in any of our Servisource offices in the Republic of Ireland or the United Kingdom.
