Key Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Experience in catering or high-volume kitchen environments is essential
- Full-Time Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Friday
- Legal Authorization: Must have the right to work in Ireland
- Garda Vetting: Successful completion of the Garda Vetting Process is required
- Professional References: Two professional references covering the last five years of employment
- Strong Communication: Excellent spoken English skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Meal Preparation: Assist in preparing and serving meals according to specific dietary requirements and restrictions
- Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Food Storage: Properly store, label, and rotate food to prevent spoilage and maintain quality
- Waste Management: Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with established procedures
- Support Services: Perform any other necessary duties within the kitchen and dining area to ensure smooth service delivery to patients and staff
