Key Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Experience in catering or high-volume kitchen environments is essential
  • Full-Time Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Friday
  • Legal Authorization: Must have the right to work in Ireland
  • Garda Vetting: Successful completion of the Garda Vetting Process is required
  • Professional References: Two professional references covering the last five years of employment
  • Strong Communication: Excellent spoken English skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Meal Preparation: Assist in preparing and serving meals according to specific dietary requirements and restrictions
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Food Storage: Properly store, label, and rotate food to prevent spoilage and maintain quality
  • Waste Management: Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with established procedures
  • Support Services: Perform any other necessary duties within the kitchen and dining area to ensure smooth service delivery to patients and staff
