Instructional Designer

Our Client, is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer to join their team.  They are a fast-growing enterprise cloud company with game changing software and data analytics focusing on workplace behaviour.  Would you like to be part of this creative environment providing solutions to their global clients that are designed and built to bring them into a virtual learning environment?

Your exceptional instructional design skills will have the opportunity to be showcased in behavioural simulations and award-winning experiences in line with learners needs and those of the end user. You will have strong business acumen and communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. 

Skills:

• A minimum of 3 years instructional design.
• eLearning Authoring Tools.
• A strong technical background.
• Adaptable and open to new technologies and to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of skill/behavioural modelling desirable
• Expertise in building Simulations, serious games and/or other non-linear learning experiences desirable
• Experience with multimedia (including video production) desirable.
• Sc., M.A., or Ph.D. in a relevant field, or a degree plus experience in a similar role which includes a focus on training design.
