Graduate Surveyor / Junior BER Assessor

We are currently seeking to recruit an additional Surveyor for a full-time position. The role will involve conducting Condition Surveys, BER Assessments, Technical Assessments and Part L Compliance Reports. The ideal candidates would have the following:

• Min level 7 in Building Surveying, Engineering, Architectural Technician or Construction studies
• Full clean driving licence & willing to travel to client sites.
• Enthusiastic, good communicator and self-motivated in their approach to work
• Competent with Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Domestic BER Assessments desirable but full training will be provided
• Have excellent personal skills, strong time-keeping skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative.

FETAC Level 6 certificate in Domestic Building Energy Ratings is not obligatory. Experience is desirable but not required as training will be provided.

Our office is based in the Dundalk & ideally, we would like to have a candidate that could work from the office.
