Description
JWR Employment Specialists are delighted to be working with a large construction company Co. Mayo to recruit a Junior Buyer.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the procurement and accounts department.
This would be a great opportunity for an individual looking to progress within the construction industry as there are opportunities for career development and advancement.
The role will be based in the company’s head office in Mayo.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to procurement and accounts departments
- Assist in sourcing construction materials and equipment
- Oversee stock control
- Organising courier deliveries and collections
- Processing Invoices
Requirements:
- 1 year in a similar role
- Purchasing & Accounts experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience in working in construction industry would be advantageous
- Candidate would have to have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
