JWR are working with an exciting battery technology company in Galway to recruit a Marketing Manager.

Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to run our Marketing department in ways that position the company as the most exciting battery technology company. They are looking for someone bold, ambitious, and not afraid of trying new things.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right skillset.


  • Ownership of Marketing Strategy (corporate and product)
  • Continually develop and maintain:
    • website,
    • product branding,
    • technical literature,
    • digital marketing,
    • social media,
    • customer experience,
    • employee experience.
  • Support defining and shaping Sales Enablement.
  • Take active part in company culture shaping.
  • Leading a team of creative professionals (graphics, animations, video and photo).
  • Build and lead Marketing Operations team.
  • Take an active role in the NPD process.
  • Competitor benchmarking and tracking methodologies.
  • Organisation and attendance at shows and exhibitions globally (at least 4 shows per year).
  • Management of the marketing budget.
  • Reporting on OKRs and KPIs to the Management.
  • Liaison with suppliers, marketing and design agencies, website builders and PR experts.
  • Networking with key customers, suppliers, colleagues and peers to identify new best practices


  • 8+ years hands-on B2B marketing, at least 3 leading creative and marketing operations teams.
  • Highly proficient in digital tools.
  • Launched technical products to global markets.
  • Organized and attended exhibitions.
  • Member of marketing professionals’ networks or organisations.
  • Ability to represent the comapany in media.
  • Guerrilla marketing.
  • Driving licence.
