Our Client, a leading private Orthopaedic Hospital in North Dublin, is looking for an Occupational Nurse Manager (CNM2 Grade) to join their team. Our client is renowned both nationally and internationally for orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine. Since opening in 2007, it has become a centre of excellence in joint replacement and sports soft tissue surgery. Their goal is to provide exceptional quality care with a significant focus on positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans and operational goals for Occupational Health Services (OHS), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee daily operations and activities within the OHS, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to schedules.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to support service delivery and meet operational targets.
- Implement and monitor quality standards and protocols to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
- Foster continuous professional development and best practices among OHS staff.
- Provide leadership and guidance to OHS staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
