Description

Servisource Recruitment are IMMEDIATELY seeking an Office Administrator for their client who is based in North Dublin.

Contract: 6 month contract initially
Location: Dublin
Days/Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Hourly pay rate: 12.00 per hour (time after 40 hours)

Job Role:
Answer phones and deal with issues or take messages.
Data Entry
Operate the Proteus WMS.
Customer order receipt and management.
Process orders and stock receipts in Proteus.
Produce pick sheets and related paperwork in-line with the warehouse requirements.
Carryout Customer services tasks as required.
Manage and record signed PODs received back from transport providers and on the web where applicable.
Manage Purchase Orders and the PO log.
Ensure that information is accurately recorded and stored.
Complete relevant paperwork as course of office duties.
File records as required.
Follow clean as you go policy so housekeeping is kept to the required standards.
Report any Health and Safety issues to supervisor/manager.
To be able to work overtime as and when required to meet the business needs.
To work at management discretion

Essential Requirements & Qualifications
Up to date skills on computer packages e.g. Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a busy environment and on their own initiative.
Good communication skills are essential.
