Servisource Recruitment are IMMEDIATELY seeking an Office Administrator for their client who is based in Dublin 15.
Contract: 6 month contract initially
Location: Dublin 15
Days/Hours: 40 hours per week (3 days home, 2 days in the office)
Hourly pay rate: 28,000-30,000
Office Administration Duties.
Provide a professional and friendly approach when greeting Clients.
Dealing with general phone calls, email queries and relaying messages to relevant individuals.
Data Entry on Systems.
Excellent MS Office Skills; specially Excel.
Provide office support.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Essential Requirements & Qualifications:
Up to date skills on computer packages e.g. Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient with Excel.
