Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, wishes to appoint an Office Manager & Executive Assistant based in Dundalk, responsible for a network of five office locations. The potential candidate will be responsible for managing all front office functions and providing ongoing support and assistance to the Senior Leadership team.


The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills as well as being highly motivated and IT proficient. This role is fast paced and would suit someone who enjoys a challenge, working on one’s own initiative as well as cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.


Duties of the role will include but are not limited to;


  • Greeting customers in a warm, friendly manner via face to face and over the phone communication.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming telephone calls efficiently
  • Sorting, logging, and distributing incoming post to relevant staff. Record, frank, and post outgoing post.
  • Organising courier services as and when required.
  • Receiving incoming regular and electronic correspondence and distributing to relevant staff accordingly
  • Creating and posting ID badges for employees.
  • Managing the office environment to the required standard.
  • Managing the ordering and consumption of office stationery and supplies
  • Managing the upkeep and maintenance of offices in terms of organising trades and services.
  • Renewing and updating company licences.
  • Corporate entertainment account management.
  • Company vehicle maintenance.
  • Liaising with facility management vendors, such as cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Managing Senior Leadership Team’s diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
  • Providing efficient administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership team.
  • Organising travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodation, and transport.
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and filing correspondence as requested whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.


Essential Requirements


  • 2 - 4 years' proven experience in a highly administrative office management role, supporting at senior management level.
  • Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English language.
  • Strategic planning, organisational and time management skills particularly diary/calendar management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills, with the ability to deal confidentially with all stakeholders.
  • Full proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to be adaptable whilst work in a fast-paced environment.
