Description
JWR Employment Specialists are working with a busy accountancy practice in Claremorris, Co. Mayo to recruit a Accounts Administrator for a permanent full-time role.
This is an excellent opportunity get experience working in an accountancy practice where you will get exposure to a lot of different areas of accounting.
The main duties of this role include:
· Assist accountants with bank reconciliations, VAT returns etc.
· Answering phones and emails
· Scheduling appointments
· Greeting clients and visitors onsite
· Filing, photocopying and general office administration duties
· Any other duties required by management
Requirements:
· Experience working in a busy accounts/office administration role
· Proficient in Quickbooks
· Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills essential
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Ensure accuracy in a quick paced environment
· Ability to meet deadlines
