Our Client in the Financial Services Sector is seeking a full time Receptionist to provide front of house duties within their impressive offices. You will be dealing with visitors and management of the reception areas. This role is permanent and based in Sandyford.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role in hospitality or retail. You will be a good organiser with the ability to multi-task. You will be confident and professional in your approach and how you would present yourself as the first point of call both verbally and in person.
- Manage incoming and calls and meet and greet visitors.
- Manage Meeting Room Schedules
- Schedule and prepare Meeting Rooms for appointments
- Manage all incoming and outgoing post and courier items.
Maintain and manage the supplies for equipment and stationery
