The Opportunity: Recruiter – Limerick

Currently, we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our expanding team based in our Limerick office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career within the healthcare recruitment field with one of Ireland’s leading care service providers. Full training in the role will be given.

The Role: Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection of quality healthcare candidates in the Limerick, Clare, North Tipperary and Cork areas

  • Source, liaise and communicate with candidates

  • Screen and Interview (via Teams or in-person) and select candidates to progress to Training

  • Work closely with the area team to speed up time-to-hire for new starters

  • Gather compliance documents and ensure candidates meet key eligibility criteria

  • Manage the CRM system ensuring the database is accurate and up-to-date

The Person: Key Requirements

  • 1 years’ experience in a Resourcing role – preferable but not essential

  • Excellent PC skills and effective database management

  • Ability to set goals and reach targets

  • Ability to prioritise workload to manage time effectively

  • Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential

  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative

  • Full, clean driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential
