Description

Servisource Workforce Solutions are now looking to expand their Business Support team and are now hiring an experienced Recruitment Consultant for our office in Dundalk.

They will be required to work in a team environment and be involved in account management, business development, candidate sourcing and placement.  This role will also involve some travel.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant looking to advance their career. The ideal candidate will eager and enthusiastic, results orientated and KPI driven, and will have previous recruitment experience within the Busines Support sector for temporary roles.

They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people and establish good rapport. The ideal candidate enjoys negotiating and achieving win-win outcomes.

Duties of the role will include but are not limited to;

  • Spotting leads and identifying opportunities to win new business
  • Pitching to clients over the phone, email and face to face
  • Account Management – organising & scheduling new & existing requirements
  • Assisting with drafting content for incoming tender opportunities
  • Managing the process from shortlist to placement
  • Liaising with both the Recruiter and Compliance and Payroll Administrator to ensure all procedures are followed and adhered to
  • Consulting with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
  • Assisting the Recruiter in shortlisting of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
  • Attend job fairs and careers events

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience
  • Good knowledge of social media for marketing purposes
  • Approachable, dynamic and enthusiastic
  • Excellent communication skills – written, and verbal
  • Ability to build, develop and maintain key relationships
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent inter-personal skills so as to provide support for the Servisource team in all offices
  • Strong planning and organising skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively
  • Needs to have strong IT skills
  • Have excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work to tight targets
  • Hold a full clean driving licence
