Job Title Recruitment Team Lead

Division Permanent Healthcare

Reporting To Manager

The Recruitment Team Lead will join our Permanent Healthcare Division to cultivate current key client accounts and also introduce new healthcare clients to the team, in addition oversee and assist the existing team to source and recruit international healthcare staff for permanent placements in the public and private sector across the UK.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable and a problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. This role is fast paced and would suit someone who is adaptable to change and enjoys working with others to achieve optimum results and high calibre staffing solutions for our clients.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to the following:

• Managing, leading, and coaching the team.

• Scheduling and attending on-site interviews with clients if necessary or scheduling interviews on behalf of the clients.

• Develop new client relationships.

• Manage current client accounts.

• Ensuring that all systems are being used to full capacity and that all contact with candidates/clients are logged adequately.

• Providing adequate regular updates and reports and attend weekly meetings as required.

• Constantly striving to meet weekly KPI’s and quarterly targets set out by your manager

Role Requirements

• Previous proven recruitment and/or business development experience.

• Experience managing or leading a team is desirable.

• Third level qualification in HR, Business, International Business or similar.

• Excellent written and oral communication, strong command of the English Language.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, attention to detail and follow-up skills

• Proven initiative demonstrating “outside the box” thinking when met with challenges to recruitment and ability to multitask and problem solve

• Positive can-do attitude, welcoming challenges and approaches with positivity and competitiveness

• Personal motivation & willingness to perform additional duties. Keen to undertake new and challenging responsibilities at a higher level with excellent results
