Permanent Healthcare Desk | No Threshold Commission | Leadership Pathway
3Q Recruitment is hiring a Senior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to take full commercial ownership of a permanent healthcare recruitment desk covering Nursing, Radiography and Social Care across Dublin and the Midlands.
This is a senior, high-impact role for an experienced recruiter who wants real desk ownership, uncapped earning potential and a defined route into leadership within an established Irish healthcare recruitment agency.

OTE: €70,000 – €90,000+ (uncapped)

The Role – Full Desk Ownership
You will own, grow and strategically develop a permanent healthcare recruitment desk, with responsibility for:
- End-to-end recruitment across Nursing, Radiography & Social Care
- Managing and expanding an established client portfolio
- Building a consistent pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals
- Delivering permanent placements across acute, community and private settings
- Managing your own revenue targets, forecasting and desk strategy
- Working to high compliance, right-to-work and ethical recruitment standards
- Preparing to mentor and support a junior consultant within 12 months
This is a commercially accountable senior role with autonomy backed by strong operational and compliance support.
Earnings & Commission Structure
Our commission model is transparent and built to reward performance fairly:
- Commission from your first placement – no threshold
- 15% starting commission rate
- Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
- Annual revenue bonus for hitting OTE
- Realistic OTE: €70,000 – €90,000+

About You
This role is suited to an experienced recruiter who brings:
- Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience (healthcare ideal, not essential)
- A proven track record of managing a desk and delivering revenue
- Strong client and candidate relationship skills
- Commercial awareness and resilience
- Confidence working autonomously with accountability
- A professional, ethical and people-centred approach

- Client portfolio across Dublin, Kildare, Offaly and the wider Midlands
