Description

Job Title: Senior HR Administrator

Salary: €30,000 - €36,000 

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week Monday to Friday 

Location: Dublin 1

We are on the lookout for a Senior HR Administrator who is ready to take a hands-on approach in steering our HR functions towards excellence.

Salary: €30,000 to €36,000 DOE. Post-probation benefits include a training and development allowance, healthcare, and pension contributions.

Role Overview: Reporting to the General Manager, this role is pivotal in shaping our human resources strategy. You'll be hands-on with:

  1. HR Maintenance: Uphold HR policies, procedures, documentation flows & database accuracy. Stay updated with HR regulations, ensuring compliance and effective training of our internal team.
  2. Culture and Development: Foster a learning environment, aligning with our CSR and workplace well-being policies. Drive continuous skill improvement through training sessions and workshops.
  3. Compliance: Handle all aspects of regulatory compliance, disciplinary processes, and documentation alongside the Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in an HR Administrator/Generalist role with proven success.
  • Relevant third-level qualification; CIPD highly desired.
  • Skilled in project management, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated, process-oriented, with strong compliance focus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in PC, IT, and database management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR law and best practices in Ireland.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
