Description
Our Client, a private clinic in Dublin is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist for full-time permanent work.
A Senior Occupational Therapist with our client is responsible for various key aspects within the role:
- Patient Care: Deliver patient care with a focus on quality, respect, compassion, and a caring approach.
- Clinical Practice: Develop and promote high standards of clinical practice and skills, ensuring that occupational therapy services meet quality benchmarks.
- Service Development: Collaborate with the Head of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy to contribute to the development of a quality Occupational Therapy service, enhancing overall patient care.
- Education: Contribute to the education process for colleagues and post-graduate students, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the occupational therapy department.
- Internal Audit: Actively participate in internal audit activities, ensuring that services align with established standards and identifying areas for improvement.
- Information Resource: Serve as an information resource for colleagues locally, regionally, or nationally, providing valuable insights and expertise in the field of occupational therapy.
The Senior Occupational Therapist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining high clinical standards, contributing to service development, facilitating education, engaging in internal audit processes, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for colleagues.
You Will Need:

A qualification recognised by the OT Registration Board at CORU.

Must have at least 3 years clinical experience working with the adult population in an acute hospital setting.
