Staff Nurse's Dublin Community Based - Shankill & Lucan

Location: Shankill & Lucan
Salary: €
15.66 - €22.16 p/h DOE

Join our Client, who are looking for two Staff Nurses, are the largest supported accommodation provider in Ireland. They offer services to individuals with physical, sensory, and neurological conditions, supporting over 250 people nationwide. The focus is on empowering individuals to live independently, make informed choices, and engage with their communities. Be a part of this legacy of compassionate care and dedicated service.


Responsibilities:

  • Join a community-based Clinical Nurse Management Team.
  • Provide training, leadership, and clinical supervision to Care Staff members.
  • Contribute to the provision of adult care in the community as an active member of the clinical leadership team.
  • Operate independently with strong initiative.
  • Establish and maintain respectful, equal relationships with those we support, promoting their rights and independence.
  • Ensure your work aligns with our client's values, ethos, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Full NMBI registration and current listing on the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) Register in the General or Intellectual Disability division.
  • Experience in care delivery with awareness of HIQA standards.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to drive for work.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Computer literate; experience with online care management systems is an advantage.
  • Personal integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Willingness to embrace change and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Commitment to rights-based, person-centered services.
