Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document patients' progress, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and diagnoses.
- Provide post-operative care, including pain management, wound care, and monitoring for complications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including care plans, treatments, and progress notes.
- Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Must be registered and in good standing with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Have at least 2 years of post-registration experience.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
