Talent Business Partner

Park West Business Park;

Park West, Co Dublin.

Permanent Contract, 39 hours

Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Recruiter) is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organisation. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.  The TABP (Recruiter) will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent by developing and executing recruiting plans, networking through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.  The TABP (Recruiter) will develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable and will set continuous improvement goals.  Coordinate and implement college recruiting, ERP and Internal Employee movement and other Talent initiatives.   Ensuring all administrative duties and recordkeeping are fully compliant and in accordance with all relevant legislation.

Minimum Education & Skills required

  • Minimum 5 years TA Business Partnering experience gained within a multi-site and fast paced environment with a strong foundation in recruitment processes and employment law
  • Excellent knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices including Requisition Governance, Job descriptions,  Social recruiting, Search & Selection, Contract Management, Compensation and Rewards,  Employment Law and Talent Management.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and excellent working knowledge of Talent ATS and CRM Systems.
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.   Staying current on the company’s organisation structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as a single point of contact for the Candidate, Employees and Manager in the business area and work in alignment with the HR Leadership team to ensure a seamless and responsive TA service to the customer base.
  • Develop and Execute Recruiting Planspartner with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders on recruiting planning meetings
  • research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting, build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.   Staying current on the company’s organisation structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices.

Additional requirements

  • This role will provide a TABP service to the relevant area and also to other areas of the business, as required, as part of the HR community.
  • The role requires flexibility and preparedness to undertake such other work as may be assigned by the Organisation from time to time.
