Servisource, on behalf of our client are seeking a Vehicle Damage Inspector to be based in the Dublin area working within the Automotive Industry.

Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Inspection and quality check of new vehicles which have been through a PDI process 
  • Checking for any imperfections before they are delivered to customers
  • Reporting any faults on a centralised IT system
  • Assess vehicles for damages which have been handed back by customers and upload reports onto a centralised system
  • Assess  and hand-back fleet vehicles and upload reports onto an IT system
  • Create estimates for damaged vehicles where required using Audatex or similar system
  • You must be able to work on your own initiative and ensure a motivated and ambitious approach to the working environment
  • You will report to the Vehicle Damage Estimator & Quality Control Supervisor

Essential criteria:

  • Valid European driving licence
  • At least 1 years experience in the accident repair industry
  • Strong IT skills and proficient in the use of computers and handheld electronic devices
  • An extremely high level of concentration and attention to detail
  • A proven background in working independently and using good initiative

Desirable criteria:

  • Institute of Automotive Engineers & Assessors certification
  • Heavy Goods Vehicle licence
