Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in catering or high-volume hospital kitchen environments
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
- Authorization to work in Ireland
- Completion of Garda Vetting Process
- Two professional references covering the last five years of employment
- Proficient spoken English capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals tailored to patient dietary requirements and restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to meet health and safety standards
- Properly store, label, and rotate food to prevent spoilage and ensure quality
- Dispose of waste and recycling following established procedures
- Perform additional duties as needed in the kitchen and dining area to support smooth meal service delivery to patients and staff
