Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering or high-volume kitchen environments
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
• Authorization to work in Ireland
• Successful completion of Garda Vetting Process
• Two professional references covering the last five years of employment
• Strong spoken English capabilities

  
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary requirements and restrictions
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Ensure food is stored, labelled, and rotated properly to prevent spoilage and maintain quality
• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with established procedures
• Perform any other necessary duties within the kitchen and dining area to facilitate smooth service delivery to patients and staff
