3Q Recruitment is actively seeking a committed Catering Supervisor to complement our client’s Dublin 1 team. To thrive in this position, candidates should possess prior experience in managing catering teams, ideally within the Healthcare or Hospitality sectors. Please note that this is a Temporary position.

Requirements:
- Catering and Hospitality Management Certificate Level 7 is required.
- Experience working in healthcare/hospitality catering and managing a catering team.
- Knowledge of HACCP, including good hygiene practices.
- Successful completion of Garda Vetting Process.
- Authorization to work in Ireland.
- 2 working references covering 5 years of employment history.
- Strong spoken English capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily catering activities and team members.
- Guarantee compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Strategize menus while considering any special dietary needs.
- Uphold high standards in food quality and presentation.
- Efficiently manage catering inventory.
- Conduct staff training sessions and cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
- Assist in budgeting and cost management endeavours.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Coordinate catering arrangements for special events and functions.
- Identify areas for enhancement in catering services and implement improvements as needed.
